You come across rare gems that sincerely make your life feel valuable. Such people like this still do exist in the world.
Over the past few weeks, I've been soaking up my environment, the people around me and reflecting. At times I felt quite emotional and surprised by how another chapter comes to an end, lockdown shifting my experience to a large extent. I decided to capture all these memories through a message book and pictures -because I'm sentimental like that.
Honestly, before I began this chapter I had doubts- a whole new territory to explore. The opportunities, new connections is one that I will value. Even on my bad days, I had support and was assured that I'd have better days again. I've bonded well with these people: teachers and classmates too that I'm embracing my next stage in life rather than dreading it.
The kind farewell messages exchanged with everyone melted my heart. The sincerity and simple words used to describe me or our relationship made me so appreciative of them (even more). The hugs, the facetime, the laughter- oh I look back on with joy. I want to remind you my dear reader to treasure these rare people. As much as the world is in a dark place and has its own issues, dwell on the people that shed light- they are rare.
What I'll miss...?
The growth that I've gained and the experience I've had. This chapter was far from what I imagined it to be... it was much better. I became more comfortable with meeting new people and doing what made me happy- something I didn't think I'd say tbh. I was challenged and stretched in many ways but I'm glad I was.
What's next?
I'm very excited and hopeful for my next ventures. I've got a lot of time to develop and focus on my wellness journey and creative projects. I'm filled with gratitude. Ludel is evolving... Watch this space. I'm done with the teasing. Here is to this season of taking a break, discovering more and going with the flow.
Thank you for reading this week's blog. I send you lots of love and again want to remind you to appreciate those that make you smile. Hold onto the good memories, lessons learnt and let go of the bad vibes. Comment below on how you show appreciation to those rare people.
Until Next Time...Ludel.
