It has become a more recent focus of mine regarding my well-being and creating the balance that I've long for.

With my experiences, I've come to understand that working on myself for myself is invaluable and worthwhile. 

It is a journey that I'm still embarking on and embracing.

I like to categorise my well-being into spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.

How do I get into wellness?

First you should ask yourself if you are ready to be introspective, reflective and beyond kind to yourself. These are a few but important essentials you'll need in your journey.


The second thing to note is that your path will be different to those around you. It's is therefore necessary to identify what is truly a priority in your life right now and what you want it to be in future.

Lastly, you must put effort to form habits that support your priorities, and ultimate happiness. In building a routine it re-affirms positivity, self-love and growth.
